Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Approved returns are refunded less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Special orders are non-returnable. Orders of $400 or more are considered special orders.

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days. If unused, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Returns sent without authorization or refused shipments are not accepted.
